Moms, welcome to the campfire.
Helping women support their
daughters through the tumultuous
middle school years.
Through virtual groups for mothers and their girls, I provide interactive, attachment-based activities to promote communication, connection, and capacity to manage developmental crises.Dear Parent,
When I reached the twenty-five-year mark of being a child and family therapist, I wondered if and how I could bring all the goodness of what I was doing with and for families in my clinical office out into the world - to you and your family. Why wait until problems become overwhelming and reach a point of needing a diagnosis and a treatment plan before we get help?It is my hope and vision that you can get the support you deserve now before behaviors and emotions reach a boiling point. Or maybe they have, and yet, therapy does not feel like the right way to go.I can help.I bring the wisdom and knowledge that I have cultivated over these past three decades and have assembled it into easily accessible packages. Together, we’ll design a plan that helps you and your child deepen your connection and feel more supported and resourced.— Alexis
Supporting Mothers
You love your daughter deeply—but lately, things feel different.
Her world is growing, emotions feel bigger, and the closeness you once had feels harder to find.
Nothing is broken… but you know it could feel more connected.
Come sit by the campfire—you don’t have to figure this out alone.
